Each week ( We hope!) students will write a letter about our week together to share with you. Prior to writing, we will brainstorm important learning moments together. Students will have a chance to describe their week for you in a letter format. Notebooks will typically come home on Friday and need to be returned on Monday so we can use them the next week!
What is your role in your child's circle notebook?
Your child would LOVE to read his or her entry to you to practice reading fluently and spend time together. After, they would love it if you would respond to them.
What else will be in my child's circle notebook?
Sometimes reminders or end of the week notes will be inside. However, most updates will be digital.
